Warning, items are less liberal than they appear :-)

I was listening to a local NPR show, The State of Things (WUNC, Chapel Hill). The guest was N.C. State Political Scientist Steven Greene (associate professor). He claimed that female candidates appear more liberal than they really are. He said Hillary Clinton had a problem with appearing too liberal, then said Sarah Palin appears as more liberal than she is, to which I said aloud in the car....

"Christ! Then she must be a f**king monster!"
