this page looks like a messy room.
theres too much crap all over the place and i can't make sense of it... it's like getting a sneak peek into chris' adhd head. and its a little scary.
i know someone is going to say "well then change it, monk"
to which i will say "you told me that if i participate i wouldn't have to do anything."
hey, i like on david's blog how he has a list of 'recent comments' on the side. lets do that here.
(and yes, by 'let's' i really mean 'you')

it IS pretty geniouoss.
i used to keep this little pad of paper next to my keyboard where i could keep track of how many responses each post had. when i went to the main page, all i had to do was look at the bottom of each post and compare the little number with what i had on the paper. i thought ThAT was easy...
YUP great idea... added. now for a little help from you folks, please fill in the Labels portion of your NEW posts so they don't keep saying "fall, scooters and vaction" unless of course that is in fact what the post is about.

from chris (response in a different post - I was going to say 'wrong' but I'm trying to be nice from now on. it's my september's resolution, so i'm practicing):
"ok... you do realize that as an author you could do that in like 1 min or less right? =) click customize in top right -> click add gadget top left of pop up -> fill in the blanks and PRESTO"
but those were the sample labels they gave! i thought they were nice words!
...huh? how come at the top of my homepage for monk it doesn't say 'customize'? ...when i was bloggy my other bloggy, it said that...
i'm confused... does this mean you didn't realize that or that it doesn't work?
lol, hmmm sounds like maybe i will have to make EVERYONE an admin to really have this work they way i want it to... that is what i'm going to do. now don't screw it up people. add what you want but don't delete other people's additions and don't mess with my layout/design please unless you ask me first.
